DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Develop & continually improve budgeting, financial projections and operating forecast · Whole finance & accounting comply with accounting standard · Ensuring that the company’s financial report is accurate and completed in a timely manner · Assist annual statutory audit and liaise with external auditors in all audit matters · Assist in Tax Audit, CIT Review, document collection for Audit, etc. · Hire, manage, and develop competent people under F&A Organization. · Providing strategic recommendations, the management team also other task assign by management related to financial with data driven analysis
REQUIREMENT

· Proficiency in budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast · Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. · Experience in supporting statutory and tax audits, and liaising with external auditors. · Highly proficient with accounting software. · Excellent in English · Excellent leadership skill · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Education and Experience: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required. · 5 years of finance & accounting experience required.
