DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage distributors in designated area to achieve business Responsible for execution of sales and marketing program by distributor; Responsible for sales reporting consolidation and provide distributor plan to achieve; Provide coaching and training to distributor sales team, and learning process as required; Find and maximize any business opportunities for future business growth.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma degree in any field. Experience 3 Years with global brands and managing distributors and sales teams. Strong experience in training and coaching teams. Growth mindset and systematic approach to achieving sales targets. Leadership skills to lead sales teams and distributors. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Understanding of B2C competition and strategic thinking to win the market. Willing to work Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Palembang
