DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing a project from start to finish and acting as the point of contact and communication with all parties involved both external and internal Working closely with inter-departmental teams (purchasing, engineering, production, shipping, etc) Preparing tender, construction, as-built and shop drawings support by the engineering team Having to be able to manage multiple projects at the same time Closely monitoring the project’s progress and ensure its completion before the deadline
REQUIREMENT

Maximum age is 30 years old A bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design is a must A fresh graduate is not welcome A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator preferably in Architecture or Interior or Furniture Manufacturing companies. Has a great project management skill Has a great communication skill Has strong teamwork skills Able to work under pressure and good at problem solving Proactive, meticulous, fast working, detail oriented English fluency is preferred Selected candidates will be invited to do a test and interview at our factory in Sayung We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at PT Saniharto Enggalhardjo Semarang, located in Sayung, Central Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our project from the beginning when request for quotation is received until the end when hand over to the client is completed.
