DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to a team of retail sales associates Develop and implement sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue and performance targets Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective sales strategies Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all stores Coach and develop your team, offering guidance, feedback and training to help them excel Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within your stores Identify and address any operational or customer service issues in a timely manner Work closely with the regional and national sales leadership to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail sales management role, preferably in the consumer products Retail Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Exceptional customer service orientation and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising best practices Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English About the role Are you an experienced sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive growth in a fast-paced retail environment?
