DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop sales strategies to achieve company's target. Builds and maintains strong relationships with trade leaders and agent, to create positive impact and change to company image and business goals. Analyze regional and sales performance data and identifies areas for improvement . Analyze changing customer needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long term business performance. Work closely with trade marketing to ensure strategic and tactical consistency; promotion effectiveness & efficiency Set clear performance standards and expectation based on business strategy and goals
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree major in aquaculture / other equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in Regional Sales Manager Shrimp / Fish Feed is preferred, and those with excellent customer resources or capabilities can relax the conditions. Good character, strong team spirit and good pressure resistance Applicants must willing to travel Possess theoretical, practical, data integration and analysis capabilities, and the ability to organize and promote projects Good communication, data analysis, & reporting Able to manage large team member High achiever, target oriented Placement : East Java, West Java, Central Java, Sumatera, Bali & Nusra
