DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement the IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and lead the IT team (Helpdesk, Infrastructure, Security, Software) to drive innovation and performance. Oversee Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely support and high customer satisfaction, while providing guidance and training to the team. Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware) and ensure robust security policies, monitoring, and incident response to safeguard systems and data. Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and efficient operations. Lead IT projects, manage resources and budgets effectively, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization. Requirements:
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with 8+ years in IT management, including 3+ years in a leadership role, and proven experience in IT infrastructure, software, security, and helpdesk. Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, network management, hardware systems, IT security, and enterprise software solutions. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse IT teams and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience developing long-term IT strategies that align with business goals. Skilled in managing IT budgets, optimizing resources, and handling multiple projects with effective organizational and prioritization skills. Experience in data center/banking industry is a plus point.
