DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the IT sector (specially with broadcasters) including software, hardware, and services. Work towards a Sales target as agreed with Sales Director. Increasing business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Manage pipeline and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospect and clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of success in Sales IT, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of IT products and solutions (Broadcasting technologies will be advantage), including software and hardware Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, initiative, interpersonal skill and networking Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel as needed Good in English verbally and written We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales IT to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the broadcasting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and promoting our range of broadcasting solutions.
