Specific Requirement
Has strong Industry-specific knowledge: minimum 2 years’ experience in certification industry/consulting/manufacturing/IT/ERP.
In-depth knowledge of ISO standards: The candidate must have a thorough understanding of ISO standards, such as: ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security)
Experience in ISO-related roles: Working in roles such as Quality Manager, Compliance Officer, or Auditor with in-depth experience in implementing ISO standards in organizations. This includes designing processes, writing documentation, training staff, and carrying out internal audits.
Experience with standards implementation: A candidate should have practical experience with implementing, auditing, or managing ISO standards in organizations. Effective project management is important, especially when overseeing the implementation of ISO standards in a company.
Holding a Lead Auditor certification for specific ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) is highly recommended or completing courses on how to implement ISO standards, including risk management, compliance checks, and documentation processes.
REQUIREMENT
General Requirement Min Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field is often recommended. Having good communication, analytical skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Willing to support internal and/or customer. Willing to learn and able to work in a team. Willing to travel, work overtime and able to work under pressure. Honest, dynamic, disciplined, initiative, hard-working, self-motivated person. Having a good network in the industrial market is most favorable.
