DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, leads and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
B2C focused sales towards Users and providing service level as required by Company’s target market (follow-up, identify needs, product consultation, site survey, cross-division coordination)
Identify/ source new opportunities for sales through targeted outbound leads.
Track leads progress in CRM format, reporting and maintaining progress log on the sales pipeline to Management
Direct Report to Sales Manager
Contribute team effort to marketing and sales events
Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product feedback to Management
Proactively build effective working relationships and decision making between customers and management
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's degree or D3 in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
Documents Required: CV, Copy of Degree, Personal ID
Position Availability: 2 positions available, 1 year contract, re-negotiable upon end of contract, 3 months probation period.
Preferred candidates shall have 2+ years minimum of sales consulting or product sales experience, with demonstrable sales target achievement in previous position(s). Previous sales experience in heavy machinery and/or generator set highly rated.
Eligible candidates must possess presentable appearance and strong interpersonal aptitude, as well as formal writing skills for reporting purposes.
Highly motivated to reach company goals both in individual and team KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
