Scope of Role
As the Branch Manager - Medan, you will report to the Area Head and manage city sales. Your role involves collaborating with customers, partners, and colleagues to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include recruiting and retaining talent, marketing, driving business growth, and providing client support. You will also contribute to encouraging a culture of efficient and balanced growth. Additional duties involve leading all aspects of sales operations and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
Lead overall sales and business operations for Sumatera - JobStreet Indonesia.
Collaborate with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to develop hyper-local strategies, business development initiatives, and partnerships.
Manage a team and budget to achieve growth targets in revenue, advertising reach, hiring, and candidate acquisition.
Engage in field activities such as event coordination, team collaboration, networking, community engagement, and business development.
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
Identify performance gaps and opportunities, crafting actionable plans to improve value, performance, and operational efficiency.
Lead problem-solving initiatives using data-driven decision-making, adapting strategies as needed.
Supervise end-to-end processes, including planning, execution, and change management.
Support leadership in decision-making, tackle challenges, and ensure the delivery of results.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
Demonstrated ability managing business and sales operations with a proven record of driving growth.
Expertise in building strong customer relationships and representing the company professionally, with a minimum of 15 client visits per week.
Able provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
Experience in training, mentoring, and giving constructive feedback to team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of root cause analysis and recommending solutions.
Independence, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and willing to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to lead multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Experience working on cross-functional projects with international teams.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
A willingness to be based in Medan and travel frequently to nearby areas.
