Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities
Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding
Partner with payroll and insurance service provider to manage payroll, BPJS & insurance, including ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, compliance with local/ regional regulations and employment tax requirements
Organize internal training when required
Plan Employee Engagement activities to strengthen employee morale and retention
Managing all employee expenses related benefit such as medical reimbursement, insurance, BPJS etc
Facilitate the end-to-end, off-boarding, ensuring employees complete necessary documents and forms
Managing and maintain office facility, asset and other relate of general affair activity
Responsible for the requisition of office supplies, including stationery and pantry items
Take charge of the entire purchase requisition and purchasing order process
REQUIREMENT
Have 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in payroll and general affairs (GA) is an advantage.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
Strong G-Suite skills.
Ability to work cross-regionally in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Able to adapt to cross-department collaboration by following different management principle.
