DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work on project implementations involving cybersecurity tools like Endpoint Protection tools, EPP/EDR, SIEM/XDR, DLP, SASE and File Encryption. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers on security product-related issues. Lead the technical installation and configuration of security products (e.g. SIEM/XDR, anti-virus/malware endpoint protection, file encryption) Lead the full lifecycle of cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful results. Responsible in creating documentations and best practice guides for our team members and customer. Serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level security engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to help them grow professionally. Perform technical support Attend cybersecurity seminars and product enablement. Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Proven experience as a Security Engineer, Information Security Analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices. Hands-on experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanning tools. Proficiency in network and system administration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Security certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH are a plus. Thorough understanding of Security devices and tools like firewall, EDR, SIEM, Endpoint Protection, SASE and vulnerability management tools With experience as an IT Security Practitioner in any of the following areas or roles: Cybersecurity, Security Specialist/Analyst or even as an InfoSec Engineer.
