DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Offer technical support and assistance for incoming queries and issues related to desktop support, mobile device management, and video conferencing.
Install and configure new IT equipment, conduct PC refreshes, set up new hire equipment, manage PC relocations, and handle the retirement and collection of devices due for decommissioning.
Ensure proper drive wiping, maintaining chain of custody, and managing inventory.
Resolve incidents and perform software and hardware upgrades.
Install new hardware for clients, including monitors, docking stations, and keyboards.
Accurately record, update, and document requests through the IT service desk system.
Maintain professionalism while addressing service delivery and client issues in a timely manner.
Evaluate customer-reported issues and determine the most effective solution.
Identify and promptly escalate business and technical challenges as necessary.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of deskside support experience
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
