Leading the development of new products from concept to launch.
Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Defining product vision and strategy in short and long term align with business objectives and market trends
Conducting market research to identify customer needs, product opportunities, trends and competition
Validating the product concept, prototype and communication concept before launch.
Developing and managing product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
Overseeing the design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure product specifications are met
Collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize product quality and manufacturability
Working with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
Monitoring product performance post-launch and incorporating feedback into future development
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
Managing stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on product progress and milestones
Continuously analyzing competitive offerings and market dynamics to inform product innovation and updates
Evaluate and enhance existing product offerings
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skill, highly self-initiative and motivation to explore new space and passion for staying ahead
Proven market research experience on either client or agency side with key quantitative and qualitative techniques
Has a vision to develop based on innovation, differentiation and delivers unique concept based on consumer demands
Proven success experience for the NPD launched, especially in Food & Beverages industry
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent communication, Leadership abilities and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
