Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that influence product direction.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
User Experience: Advocate for the user by gathering feedback, conducting usability tests, and refining product features to enhance user satisfaction.
Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years as an Product Manager or at least 4 years as a Product Lead in a technology-focused environment.
Strong understanding of IT concepts, software development processes, and emerging technologies.
Proven experience in product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
Willing to be based in Bandung, West Java.
