Supervise & manage the team and ensure the operational of marketing communication & casual leasing exhibition activity in each project runs smoothly
To lead and manage an effective annual special event program, Corporate Social Responsibility program and other smaller events. Responsible for staying up to date on industry trends
Manage and develop special events, promotion plans and sales promotion programs proactively while ensuring the desired goals and objectives achieved
Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams in each project mall to produce effective promotional materials
Supervise & manage press releases, press-conference, media monitoring and other public relations activities to enhance the image and awareness of the mall
Maintain a good relationship with EO, community, vendor and exhibitor for a good event collaboration
To give strategic ideas to achieving target and budget but also bring impact to good customer traffic
To monitor and manage the casual leasing exhibition process starting from technical meetings with related departments until the exhibitor hands over the area, joining and involve in the coordination process
To monitor and manage the casual leasing exhibition administration and documentation to ensure all processes done following the SOP
Coordinate closely with related departments to support tenant’s operation
To monitor and manage the exhibitor’s operation and give analytical reports regarding the exhibitor’s performance
Coordinate closely with related departments to support tenant’s operation
Liaise and perform active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL to run smoothly of marcomms & casual leasing exhibition activity
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication/Journalism/Public Relations is preferably
Fluent in English and Japanese language (will be an advantage)
At least 10 years of working experience in the Marketing and Communication Dept
Applicants must be willing in Head Office (BSD City)
Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
Willing to work on Public Holiday
Experience in concepting and handling successful Mall Events, Shopping Promotion programs, and Customer Retention Management (loyalty program).
Digital Savvy and have capabilities in creating an integrated marketing strategy.
Have a vast networking and good relationship with sponsors, vendors, and other parties surrounding marketing communication departments, such as: entertainers, licensors, agencies, decoration vendors and media.
Have good common sense, initiative, creativity, and time management skills.
Must be a creative person, always coming up with fresh ideas, energetic and having good motivation
