DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and motivate: Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team 2. Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities. 3. Team Development: Train and mentor the sales team Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies. 5. Sales Forecasting and reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasting and reports to senior management Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) Minimum 5 years experience in sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and Bahasa Motivated, honest and reliable Strong service oriented High levels of energy and huge dose of optimism and positivity Creative in finding new ways to sell our packaging products Ability to build long term trustful customer relationship Accurate in reporting and organizing data Placement Tangerang, Banten
