DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone Providing IT support to computer users within the office Initial troubleshooting of IT problems, and resolving them wherever possible Maintaining office network Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems including mail server Ensuring that data is routinely backed up Overseeing computer security and Antivirus precautions Providing technical assistance for questions and problems Diagnosing system errors and other issues Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3.2 At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as IT Staff or similar role Proficient in verbal and written English Having Technical Network Skill, include Wired, Wireless, VPN Solution Having knowledge of Security Technology Good knowledge of server maintenance Understanding in Email Server, Active Directory, Domain Control, Operating Systems (Ms. Office , Windows, Linux, etc.), Cloud Management, Backup system, Hardware Management (server), Hardware Maintenance for PC, Laptop, Printer, etc. Strong analytical skills and logical thinking Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills Ability to work under pressure with quick adaptability skills
