DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Make daily activity report, telemarketing report, weekly sales call plan and monthly report.
Handling customer membership data on a daily basis (telemarketing & client maintenance).
Achieve Monthly and Yearly Sales Target.
Achieve Sales Call and blitz Target.
Welcoming and greet member and guest, including walk-in guest for club inspection.
Obtaining new client data for the database/new members, including maintaining renewal members or existing clients.
Handling meeting, wedding, birthday dan seminar reservations
Handling proposal requests for sales
Self monitoring target Banquet.
Attending and reporting at weekly sales meetings (to monitor weekly sales activities and targets).
Working with the sales team to be in charge of events at the club & Mingle every weekend (if there are no banquet events).
Golf Member Target: Monthly Budget-based
REQUIREMENT
Minimum High School Diploma / D3 in Economics Management / Marketing or equivalent
Have at least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing & Sales
Have a sense of Responsibility, Initiative, Cooperation, Etiquette, and Discipline (TIKED).
Have a high level of commitment.
Have integrity
Sportive and Committed
Able to collaborate.
