DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design and implement effective sales promotion strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Collaborate with key food delivery partners and other platforms, to develop promotional campaigns that enhance visibility and drive sales. Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for promotion and partnership initiatives. Coordinate and optimize promotional efforts across all channels. Oversee the production and distribution of promotional materials and ensure they align with our sales objectives. Manage and monitor the promotion budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and partnerships, providing regular reports on performance and insights for improvement.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role with a proven track record in managing successful promotions and partnerships. Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms relevant to sales and marketing. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve their targets. Independent, proactive, and able to initiate and lead projects with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions. Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
