Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and objectives
Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand our business and meet sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work to upsell or cross-sell additional productsservices
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
Keep updated records of account activities and provide regular reports to management on account status
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar salescustomer service role
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Willingness to travel as needed
