REQUIREMENT
At least 7 years experiences in the related field for this position (especially in Banking or Hospitality industry) Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/Graduate Bachelor degree (any field) Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus Results driven, persistence, time management, telephone outbound cold calling telephone sales, motivating for sales training Ability to source leads generation Must be able to run call centre with result Must demonstrate leadership to motivate sale telemarketers to achieve quota daily Must be able to conduct selection to interviewing and hiring the right telemarketers Must be able to conduct training on what to sell and what product and service sell over the phone Working location: Modernland, Tangerang.
