DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
This position requires a technical sales expertise and knowledge in minimum two aspects of the following :
Food & Beverages
Fragrances
Confectionery/Bakery/Snacks
Processed meat
Must possess ability to understand ingredient functionalities in the intended applications
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment across a broad range of applications
Acquire/establish new customer relations and sales, as well as manage and further develop existing customer relations
Understand competitor products available in market, convey the required information to the management regarding new products that can be started to improve our presence in the industries
Contribution is measured through growth in developing segments with expansion in product portfolio, customer size and sustainable sales performance
Work closely with coordinator based in HQ Singapore for monthly joint visit and development projects
REQUIREMENT
Degree in commerce or in a relevant technical subject (Food Science/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical/Applied Science etc.)
At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development role
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Good communications and people skills independent, responsible and self-motivated
