DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develops and conducts test plans, test scenario and protocols for design verification, process characterization, process validation, finished product and benchmarking study to generate test reports. Design, develop, and implement automated and manual test procedures for functional, non-functional, performance, regression testing and user acceptance testing to ensure that the software is meeting quality standards. Reporting defects or bugs found during the testing process to the development team and tracking them until they are resolved. Collaborate with various stakeholders as well as software developer to make quality assurance of the software product. Providing feedback to project managers and stakeholders on the software’s quality and testing progress. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Perform tasks assigned by direct supervisor. Pre and post deployment testing for both before and after deployment to ensure compatibility and functionality.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other relevant field. Min. Two (2) year experience as a software tester in the software development but not limited to hardware testing. Experienced in tracking test issues in Jira/Practice test or any other equivalent test tool is a MUST. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing), tools, and techniques; experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber is preferable. Experienced in scrum project or equivalent as the agile software development framework. Experienced in quantifying and analyzing users' requirements, performing exploratory testing, conduct functional testing using an automated test framework (e.g. Robot) and design test cases using techniques and practices like boundary, cross browser and load testing Candidate who as a certification of "Certified Tester Foundation Level" and above would be advantages.
