DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Effectively managing, developing, and training the service desk and System Engineer team. Ensuring that all processes used by the service desk and System Engineer are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved. Mentoring the teams, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations. Coordinating and managing all relevant stakeholders, including the support desk and System Engineer team, customers, and other teams that are involved in service desk and System Engineer operations. Being aware of and managing the costs of running the service desks and System Engineer. Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
REQUIREMENT

Age: between the ages of 30 to 35 years old Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field Minimum 5-6 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience A thorough understanding of the strategic vision for the service desk, System Engineer and the ability to set the long-term direction of the team. Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong customer service skills. Energetic, Creative, and Innovative High-level written and verbal communication english skills Good medical record Ready to join immediately Employment type : full time
