Utilize various channels to source and attract top tech talent, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless interview process.
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them informed about job opportunities and our company culture.
Work closely with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate compensation, benefits, and other terms.
Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Use recruitment data and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
REQUIREMENT
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
