DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sources, recruits, screens, interview, conduct psychometric test and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level and experienced professional BC/TSR Execute recruiting strategy needed such as campus recruitment, employer branding, etc Together with Marketing Communication Team, responsible to manage recruitment promotion item to be used to promote recruitment activity Places employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Required Skills: interview, excel, data analysis, recruitment, sourcing, psychometric test interpretation At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources & 4 Years working experience as a Supervisor Proven integrity & leadership skill
