Completing analysis of sales data to provide insights to the sales team
Consolidate product purchasing forecast and prepare the analytical information to manage product supply to meet the real demand.
Maintain and monitor a comprehensive database for customer and sales
Consolidate all sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis and production of comprehensive monthly sales reports
Maintain and monitor a comprehensive database for customer and sales
Assist with Annual Operation Plan
Assist with the monthly rolling forecast
Manage and coordinate customer’s orders as required
Manage flow of inventory to the depots against channel analysis
Managing issue resolution and corrective action by co-ordinate with the related department on relevant issues incurring in field sales
Assist with trade shows, workshops, workshops preparation, and organization
General administrative and office duties/meeting arrangements including catering arrangements, expenses voucher checking, office administration, and travel arrangement, etc
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Having experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industries is an advantage
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint, Ms Word, English, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Data, Administration, Sales
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
