DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Conduct recruitment process in order to achieve manpower fulfilment target in a field · Propose salary offering and conduct salary negotiation (up to grade 12) in order to close targeted candidate · Conduct reference background checking to ensure the candidate has no integrity issues · Input new joiners' data into HR Information System to ensure all new employee’s data are completed · Prepare weekly recruitment report to update current fulfilment status
REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, psychology, or related field · Min 2-3 years of working experience in related position · Experience in massive hiring · Good Communication Skills · Has experience in Agritech industry is a plus
