DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for maintenance, setup, installing, testing, and troubleshooting, audio, video & automation equipment at cinema locations.
Responsible supporting technical issues related to sound & projection hardware, software, configuration & alignment.
Real-time monitoring equipment health, diagnosis the equipment against malfunction, Projection quality & sound feeds to ensure the quality.
Support cinema team for day to day checklist issues and help cinema team to level 1 support if required.
On-call & onsite support of any kind of issues related to sound & projection. Level 2 support is always priority.
Coordinate Vendor / support partners to close issues as per agreed SLA.
Responsible for interdepartmental & external vendor coordination for spare parts & replacements & support visits if any.
Responsible to ensure equipment are installed according to designated layout & standards from the cinema opening to date.
Ensure all the incidents are recorded in helpdesk & proper escalation matrix is followed.
