DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To assist on forwarding standard e-mail replies to clients, Oversee daily operations, Administrative and secretarial support to Office Manager, Maintain office logistics / stationery, Handle office administration and provide operational support. Perform simple accounting functions, generate invoices, issue statement of accounts and follow up on payment from clients. Maintain accounting files and records, Perform e-filing Data entry Full spectrum of HR duties Preparation of all disbursements of cheques, and transfers
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Chemistry or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. High initiative, independent and proactive, Good interpersonal & communication skills, Candidate seeking long term employment, A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
