As person in charge in recruitment activity in company
Responsible in recruitment and employee relation
Made recruitment tracking report to HR Manager
Help and assist administration task at Head Office regularly basis
Make recruitment report to all business partner in organization to support their needs.
Responsible for local training programs; maintaining training records, monitoring training calendar, recommending training programs and communicating interdepartmental training requests with department heads.
Leads local recruiting efforts; coordinates with local consultants, identifies candidates, participates in interview process, manages all pre-employment requirements (background checks and medical checks) for qualified candidates
Manages on-boarding activities for new hires including enrollment of benefits, collecting mandatory new hire documents, and managing employee P files
Manages off-boarding process for departing employees according to established Work Instructions
Responsible for management of local benefit programs, including the monthly invoice process and reviewing employee claims for benefit programs for approvals.
Supports the documentation and communication of applicable HR Policies.
Assists in employee education and guidance to ensure understanding of the established policies.
Interacts with and supplies appropriate information, guidance and direction to employees, department heads, and job applicants with regards to HR policies and practices.
Processes work pass application, renewal and termination in accordance with the Ministry of Manpower in Indonesia
Prepares employment documentation for employees as requested, and providing visa application assistance to incoming travelers to the country as per the Immigration and Control Authority guidelines
Prepares government related surveys and reports
Supports site-related employee engagement activities and events
REQUIREMENT
minimum bachelor degree from psychology major
High English proficiency
Flexible person and able to work commuting (Jakarta – Bandung – Karawang)
Familiar with Indonesia labor law (omnibuslaw)
High competencies in recruitment role is mandatory.
Able to do interview with BEI method
Familiar with HRIS (Workday/SAP/Oracle) will be preferred.
