DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Helping fix the end-users problem while using ERP system. Advice and suggestion to end-users if needed. Escalate and monitor the problem to third party until the problem solved. Resolve technical issues promptly via phone, onsite, or remotely. Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support.
REQUIREMENT

Additional Requirements: Diligent, honest, conscientious and responsible in carrying out the work. Have interpersonal skills, adaptable, resilient to stress and situations. Good analytical thinking, communication skills, maintains relations. Excellent Problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to make reports orally and in writing to IT management. Placement in Pinangsia, West Jakarta (Head Office) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science with major of Computerized Accounting. At least 2 year experiences in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Max Age: 30 years old.
