DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate with Section Manager to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria as discussed with the Section Manager Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job portals, and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, and do background checking if necessary
REQUIREMENT

Proven work experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role in at least 2 years Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks Proactive and have good endurance to stay proactive in any kind of situation You need to have good communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Verbal & written. We prefer for you to graduate with Psychology Bachelor's Degree so you can understand about psycho-test
