DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Representation of sales management in the specific assigned territory. Lead the overall sales operation in the assigned territory, ensuring smooth operation implementation in each Experience Center within the territory. Manage the organization to achieve the sales target and profitability target. Improve the organization's productivity, as well as improve the organization's capability to support medium- and long-term company growth. Ensure that excellent customer experiences and services are provided by all stakeholders of the retail organizations in the assigned territory. Ensure the implementation of sales strategy, marketing strategy, and tactical sales campaign in the territory. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as pricing and category, sales program, marketing, operation, and supply chain organization to ensure a smooth operational process in the territory.
REQUIREMENT

At Least have 10 year experience Bachelor Degree Eager to learn with a growth mindset. Experience in sales operation as Area/Regional Manager in a similar industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills Data-driven and creative thinking Understand the market trend. Excellent organizational and managerial skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Will be assigned to territory area. Willing to travel when needed Proficient in Microsoft Office and English language. Ex OEM/ATPM/Big dealers of the automotive company/tech company with automotive commodity is strong plus point
