Conduct, analyses, and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain points.
Gathering the requirements of business stakeholders to create, craft and compile reports to meet those needs.
Create a data visualization model that unites a variety of different data sets.
Analyze business data to generate business insights using retrospectively analyzed, statistical methodologies, and machine learning tools.
Working with commercial leaders to provide key insights to devise strategies and their execution across the (local) city.
Lead local project management based on regional guidance.
Streamline data flow across different product/system stack to internal financial pipeline
Defining sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins
Playing a key role in sales and operations planning (S&OP), a process where executives continuously align diverse functions in an organization
Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy and “hit the numbers”
Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs , often in collaboration with IT
REQUIREMENT
A bachelor degree with 4-5 years experience in sales performance role with strong project management skills
Proficient in GSuite (Docs, Sheet, Slides) or Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, SQL, etc
Fluent in english
Able to build strong relationship with various department (creative, BI and project management)
Experienced in delivering stakeholder needs in term of data visualization report
Strong verbal and written communication skills
