DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Coordinate and execute routine service maintenance, service repair works and ad-hoc jobs.
Schedule service work and ensure work hours are productively utilized.
Identify and quote for Service Repair opportunities to achieve growth in the business.
Provide technical attendance, troubleshooting and assistance to resolve any system faults pertaining to customer enquiry.
Achieve customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance to EH&S, ACE 5S in service vehicle and workplace
Participate in monthly EH&S inspection & training.
REQUIREMENT
O Levels or NITEC in electrical or electronics background
Experience in CCTV maintenance
Good interpersonal and communications skills
