DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Reports Update to holding Company Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports Continuously improve through feedback
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess minimum Diploma Degree, bachelor’s degree will be an advantage Minimum 1 years in similar position, Fresh graduates are welcome Target oriented Have driving licensed (SIM A or SIM C) Able to operate MS. Office (Excel and Power Point) Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Good communication, negotiation and presentation skill Able to work in a team Available for minimum 3 months training in Cikarang Willing to be placed in Surabaya area
