DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in the recruitment process from advertising, receiving and sorting, interviews scheduling, and reference checking.
Support the placement process, coordinate and oversee employees on-boarding
Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including insurance, one time appreciation after probation, reimbursement process, etc
Assist with the administration of HR policies, medical and tools regarding recruitment, training and development.
Effectively multi-lingual (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
Willing to work as and when, when required even if outside official working hour.
REQUIREMENT
Maximum Age 28 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field of study
Have 3 to 5 years working experience as HR Generalist with excellent time management and familiar with HRIS
Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and fluent in English is a poin plus.
Multitaskting, detail oriented and love to work in administratif
