DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Being Escalation point for tier 1 support, giving more in-depth technical support level Troubleshooting complex problems and incidents while providing workarounds as temporary solution Work independently and collaboratively in a creative and agile team Work with a global team on an award-winning software product Design, develop continuously deploy solutions and new product features for our customers Contribute ideas to the product design and architecture Continuously improve technologies and processes with support from seniors and architects
REQUIREMENT

Creative person with awesome troubleshooting and analysing skill Great attention to details Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Excellent English communication Software development experience in Java Desirable - Knowledge of common integration technologies (GraphQL, Kafka, REST, SOAP, JMS etc.) SQL experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle etc) Desirable - Knowledge of Design Patterns and UML For this position we will consider applicants of any experience level (as long as you meet the above criteria), and adjust pay accordingly High performance PostgreSQL – SQL PL/PGSQL Cutting-edge integration technologies – Kafka, GraphQL Business Process Management and Rules libraries (Activiti, Drools, etc) Docker microservices Docker Swarm orchestration High performance Highly available architectures, data structures and algorithms Training in Telecommunications and Service Provider Domain
