REQUIREMENT
Proficient with MySQL, Linux, Jira, REST-API and ITIL incident management Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum has one year of working experience. Must possess good communication in written and spoken English. Passionate about working with customers. Has good problem-solving skills. Able to think logically and analytically; to work under pressure and working in shifts. Willing to work in 24x7 environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. English CV is a must
