DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create annual sales plan and action plans to achieve sales targets
Maintain relationships with dealers, leasing company and customers by regular visit, tele-conversation, etc., including competitor user and rural business owner.
Negotiate dealer order, sales program and contract terms
Track the status of orders and deliveries daily.
Follow-up dealer overdue payments, and make sure for the settlement.
Searching for new prospect market
Collect market information, competitor activity and analysis for assigned products from time to time
Make technical presentations and business prospect analysis to inform to our targeted customer
Promote after-sales support services to customer.
Support promotion team on product demonstration and marketing events, dealer gathering, product exhibition, etc.
Provide information to Head Office to improve product based on customer complain and input.
Provide product knowledge training to dealer sales team and customers
Provide general weekly and monthly sales reports to YPD Branch Head and Commercial Business Manager
Any other duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture Mechanization, or in relevant fields
Minimum of 3-years’ experience as sales supervisor
Good knowledge of Sales policies and regulations in Indonesia
Prior experience in Manufacturing or Machinery Industry will be an added advantage
