DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supporting and reporting to the Managing Director, the role will be to drive and lead sales in appointed regions to deliver the sales objectives in line with company's expectations Develop, execute and monitor all sales strategies and plans to realize profitability and growth Assist in the formulation of strategies and budgets to launch, promote and sell companies products Develop and maintain excellent relationships with appointed clients Responsible for all sales activities including preparation of presentations and proposals Identify and develop new business
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of international sales experience, good track records in consumer goods/retail industry, preferably in luggage/music industry Proven success in expanding companies business as well in new business development Experience with sales and accounting software Must be well versed in Microsoft and Google applications Highly proficient in spoken and written English Strong management and leadership skills with solid business instinct Strong in marketing management Proactive, result oriented, interdependent
