DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Managing and exceeding sales targets.
Developing long lasting business relationships with many different types of customers at all levels.
Have a clear knowledge of manufacturing and export businesses logistics and pallet requirements.
Cold calling, responding in a timely manner to incoming sales enquiries.
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with customers at all levels.
Gathering market and customer information and feeding back customer and industry requirements to the management team for product development.
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding processes, using Re>Pal standard templates.
Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Following Re>Pal processes including using the CRM.
REQUIREMENT
Experience in industrial sales and/or racking/ pallet/ logistics sales is preferred Successful track record in independent selling in a similar position for more than 5 years. Strong business network; membership of associations Work placement East Jakarta, Bekasi, Cibitung. Bachelor’s degree preferred Good in English and Bahasa written and verbal Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
