DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Providing general administrative services to support the delivery and Implementation of projects eg Customer engagement training
Track project deliverables using MS Office
Maintain and Document control for programmes filing such as minutes, records, status, attendance
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Schedule, coordinate meetings, appointments, briefing and placing calls
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare presentation materials, reports for meeting and training materials
Minute taking for virtual, conference or site meeting
Preparing on-boarding and off-boarding of staffs IT Equipment’s
Process department monthly invoices, claims and staff leave matters
Covers other ad hoc administrative duties
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / IT/Computer Science/Finance/Programme Management or higher Good knowledge in MS office Applications especially Excel, Word and Powerpoints Exposure to programme management, time management, logistic management and problem solving skills Good Interpersonal and communications skill Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
