Be responsible for production planning, output, product quality and on-time shipping
Manage lines with multiple style changes every month.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions when problems happened in the production line
Share a trusting relationship with admin workgroup and artisans
Commit to plant safety, eco-friendly procedures
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Stay up to date with latest Jewelry production best practices and concepts
REQUIREMENT
Proven work experience as a JEWELERY PRODUCTION MERCHANDISER for a minimum period of 3 years with a D3 degree or S1
Familiarity with Jewelry Industry standard equipment and technical expertise
Computer literate
Strong team building, decision-making and communication skills with team members and designers
Speak English
