DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage the overall operation of store in compliance with the service standard and company’s policies.
Supervise store staff to provide excellent services for ABOs and customers, in order to increase ABOs experience and enhance sales performance.
Responsible for expenses, asset control, and inventory management in store.
Control expenses in store according to the budget given i.e. operating costs and other general expenses.
Gather feedback from ABOs, customers and leaders to improve the operation and achieve service excellence.
Handle store operation related complaints and emergency properly, to ensure effective problem solving and solutions.
May require the direction from upline when encounters the critical/complex issue.
Works and coordinates with internal and external parties where needed.
Workforce planning, recruitment, and selection to ensure store is sufficiently staffed to meet needs of the business
Develop staff performance expectations & regularly track objective progress
Conduct orientation, train and coach store staff, provide support and appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability
Develop talent and motivate store staff to have the highest level of professionalism
REQUIREMENT
3 years of leadership experience English is a must Strong communication & interpersonal skill Strong time and project management
