DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Make a general journal from daily transactions. Bookkeeping and monitor cash flow. Document receipts, taxation, and revenues. Handle reconcile and maintain account related with marketing and hospitality industry. Does the company’s book-keeping. Oversees partners' payout. Makes accurate monthly reports for partners and distributes the reports on time. Answers accounting and financial questions from partners in a timely manner. Maintains and balances company’s bank account’s cash flow. Journal every transaction occurs. Assists hosts in handling finance related issues. Being pro active to the hosts and Air Supports regarding unusual cases. Manages daily duties based on the priority and urgency. Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedure; recommending changes. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. Actively coordinate with Finance Manager in daily basis.
REQUIREMENT

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): tax, audit Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Candidate must posses bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy/banking or other related field. Excellent growth mindset High endurance & ability to work under pressure Understanding journal, financial statement, tax management and Tax Accounting Participle (Brevet A and B). Strong reconciliation and analysis skills. Attention to details and well-organized. Strong understanding with technologies to increase productivity at work.
