DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible to the Production Supervisor.
Helping Production Supervisors for the entire production process and covering infrastructure and supporting facilities (such as machinery, tools, etc.) and materials that are in the production space area and affect both directly and indirectly the quality of products during the production, administration and continuity process, especially related to the spunbond production process to rewind the product and its quality in its tenure to achieve production objectives (Quality Objective).
Arrange the execution of work regarding order pieces that will be rewind according to the production schedule and customer requirements.
Ensure that activities and work results are in accordance with what has been determined by Officer Spining and Web Line so that they can run effectively and efficiently during their tenure.
Monitoring & evaluating the implementation of production activities to minimize waste production so that it is more efficient and productive
Monitoring & evaluating the cleanliness of facilities and infrastructure in the production room to be maintained and controlled and to avoid damage
Coordinate team team members to smooth the entire production process and fulfill its quality requirements.
Coordinating orders with other departments related to the specification customer.
REQUIREMENT
Candidates must have at least a Diploma degree, Bachelor degree in electric or electrical power, robotics, mechatronics engineering
Preferred from PLASTIC MANUFACTURE companies or similar companies
Experienced in the same position for at least 3 years as a Foreman / Group Leader, or Production Supervisor.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
