DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage and service customer accounts to meet sales growth and profit objectives set by management.
Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure future sales.
Recommending solutions, internally and externally.
Acquire new customer accounts to meet new business targets set by management.
Comply with management’s requirements on the use of sales related tools and initiatives driven by Group.
Work closely with internal teams to provide professional service to satisfy external customers’ needs & requirements.
Review contracts and conduct negotiations with customers.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to keep management team well informed, with attention to sales, price, margins, customer calls and new business development status.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience and training.
Experience in customer account management, track record of success in driving customer growth and consolidation of customers’ C-parts purchase.
Strong Communication and Influencing Skills towards building customer relationships.
Driven and motivated to achieve sales and excellence.
Attention to details.
